This is a good regulation to make sure that all students truly get what they are paying for. Their future is in the hands of the tutors as well. All these new rules and strict regulations should be implemented to maintain the quality of teaching. Kids today deserve the best. Even I send my own to elementary education tutoring so they will be better in school.
